Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the realities of your actual life rather than built around rigid wellness ideals. Depending on your needs, support may include:
nervous system education and regulation tools
grounding and sensory awareness practices
reflective conversation and emotional processing
support identifying patterns of overwhelm, shutdown, masking, or burnout
neurodivergent-informed support and self-understanding
expressive arts-informed reflection and creativity-based practices
attachment-informed exploration of relational dynamics
support navigating caregiving exhaustion and maternal overwhelm
rebuilding self-trust and connection to internal signals
creating more sustainable rhythms, boundaries, and self-support practices
space for complexity, grief, uncertainty, and transition without pressure to “perform healing”
My approach is relational, compassionate, and firmly non-pathologizing. I am here to help people feel more resourced, more oriented, and more able to remain connected to themselves in difficult times.
How do I get started? You do not need to arrive fully articulated or “ready.” Many people reach out while overwhelmed, exhausted, emotionally flooded, shut down, uncertain, or simply tired of carrying everything alone.
You can begin by scheduling a First Connection session by reaching out through the contact form. From there, we will explore what support might feel most grounding, sustainable, and realistic for your life and nervous system right now.
What makes you different?I do not approach people as problems to be fixed or optimized. My work is rooted in the understanding that many forms of distress are deeply connected to environment, caregiving, sensory overload, chronic stress, trauma, disconnection, and the impossible pace many people are being asked to survive inside of.
