Embodied peer support for neurodivergent adults, exhausted mothers, and sensitive humans.
I do not believe healing is linear, performative, or disconnected from the conditions people are living inside of.
I am not interested in criticizing or optimizing your life. I am here for helping people build greater capacity for self-trust, regulation, emotional honesty, and sustainable ways of being with themselves and others.
My work is shaped both by formal training and by years of experience of being in contact with bodies, relational dynamics, overwhelm, blessed silence, to children, and various environments both professional and ecological.
Under the Redwoods was created as a place for grounded support, reflection, and nervous system care for people moving through complex lives. I believe we all deserve to be heard, understood, and supported.
Are you ready for support in your journey?
Please share the first desire that comes to mind when you think about your ideal future, and, if this is too overwhelming; share the emotion you want to feel more of on a daily basis.
